Student visa is needed by all foreigners who will attend a study center in the United States. To apply for this kind of visa it is necessary to have been admitted by an educational institution in the country and to prove economic resources to stay in the country for a year. The stay’s length varies depending on the course, but in any case, beneficiaries of said visa can not work during the first year of stay.
Working visa is the only way to get a legal authorization to work before entering the country and is granted only to those who present a work contract with a company established in the United States and it is valid up to the end of the contract.
